How are included minutes pooled?

Each paid seat adds domestic outbound minutes to one shared account pool every month. Three Essentials users share 1,500 minutes, while three Professional users share 3,000 minutes. Allowances reset monthly and unused minutes do not roll over. Unlimited simultaneous outbound calls describes calling capacity, not unlimited included usage.

What happens when a team reaches six users?

Essentials supports up to five users. Teams with six or more users move to Professional, which has no user ceiling.

Which calls are included in the minute pool?

The minute pool covers domestic mobile and landline calls within Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and United Kingdom. Calls between countries are international, even when both countries are listed. International calls, SMS usage, toll-free, premium, special-rate, and unlisted destinations are excluded from the pool and charged separately.

What happens when the allowance is exceeded?

Once the shared allowance is used, additional eligible domestic outbound calls cost $0.10 AUD per minute, excluding GST, unless a configured cap prevents further calling. International calls are excluded from the pool and charged separately at the applicable tier rate. Phone numbers, toll-free traffic, and other carrier usage are billed separately.

How is SMS charged?

Outbound SMS costs $0.13 AUD per segment, excluding GST, on both plans. SMS usage is separate from your subscription. Long messages are charged as multiple segments.

Which ATS data does RecDial sync?

RecDial will initially support JobAdder and Recruit Wizard, syncing notes, AI summaries, transcripts, recordings, and call metadata. Support for more recruitment systems will be added over time.

How long are recordings available?

Recordings are available in RecDial for 6 months on Essentials and 12 months on Professional.

Does pricing include GST?

No. All prices shown are in AUD and exclude GST.
