How are included minutes pooled?

Each paid seat adds minutes to one shared account pool every month. Three Essentials users share 1,500 minutes, while three Professional users share 3,000 minutes. Allowances reset monthly and unused minutes do not roll over. Unlimited simultaneous outbound calls describes calling capacity, not unlimited included usage.

What happens when an agency reaches sex users?

Essentials supports up to five users. Agencies with six or more users move to Professional, which has no user ceiling.

Which destinations are included?

The minute pool covers domestic mobile and landline calls to Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and United Kingdom. Toll-free, premium, special-rate, and unlisted destinations are excluded and charged separately.

What happens when the allowance is exceeded?

Calling can continue at the applicable extra-minute rate unless a configured cap applies. Extra minutes, phone numbers, toll-free traffic, and other carrier usage are billed separately. Exact rates are confirmed during the demo and ordering process.

How is SMS charged?

SMS is available on both plans, but SMS usage is not included in the per-user subscription price. Each message is billed separately at the applicable carrier rate. Exact rates are confirmed during the demo and ordering process.

Which ATS data does RecDial sync?

RecDial will initially support JobAdder and Recruit Wizard, syncing notes, AI summaries, transcripts, recordings, and call metadata. Support for more recruitment systems will be added over time.

How long are recordings available?

Recordings are available in RecDial for 6 months on Essentials and 12 months on Professional.

Does pricing include GST?

No. All prices shown are in AUD and exclude GST.
