Meeting note taker

The meeting note taker for recruiters.

RecDial joins your interviews and client meetings on Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet, or records in person on the mobile app. You stay in the conversation, and the notes land on the right candidate or contact in your ATS.

Wherever you meet

On video, in person, or booked through RecDial.

From your calendar

Connect your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar, and the note taker joins your Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet meetings, following your settings.

From a pasted link

Paste in a meeting link and the note taker joins, for the meetings that never made it onto your calendar.

In person

Meeting a candidate for coffee or a client at their office? Record it on the RecDial mobile app.

From your booking links

Meetings booked through your RecDial booking links are ready to go, so the notes are taken care of from the moment someone books.

After every meeting

Written up before you reach your next one.

Meeting notes work the same way as your AI call summaries, so calls and meetings sit together on the record.

Transcript

The full conversation in writing, so you can check exactly what was said.

AI summary

A summary of the meeting, written for you, so you can stay in the conversation instead of typing through it.

Action items

The next steps that came out of the meeting, ready to act on as soon as it ends.

Notes in your ATS

Notes go to the matching candidate or contact in Recruit Wizard, JobAdder, and Lovelio, the same way your call notes do.

Built for recruitment

For the meetings recruiters actually have.

Clients

Job briefs

Take the brief without splitting your attention, then start sourcing from a written summary and a clear set of next steps.

Candidates

Interviews

Keep your eyes on the candidate, with the conversation written up and on their record when you finish.

Contractors

Check-ins

Meet face to face on site or over video, and keep what was raised and what happens next on the record.
